Dynamic functional connectivity in Autism spectrum disorder

During this internship, we will ask whether dynamic functional connectivity, especially the quasi-periodic pattern, is impaired in Autism Spectrum Disorder (the so called “brain states’’). The student will be asked to analyze brain-imaging data (resting-state functional MRI that exhibits time-varying patterns of functional connectivity).
